Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your contract with us during the “cancellation period” without any given reason. The Cancellation period lasts for a total of 14 days and a full refund of any money paid at that point will be made. You can cancel without penalty before any of the goods are delivered.

To Cancel an agreement you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement by letter sent by post or email Think Green Partners, Solutions House, 56-58 Peregrine Road Hainault IG6 3SZ. Tel: 0800 292 2929. Email: contacts@thinkgreenpartners.co.uk. You can also use the the cancellation form attached to your contract however this is not compulsory. Any deposit paid up until this point will be returned within a 7 working day period.

If you chose to cancel your contract after the cancellation period then you may have to pay compensation for costs or losses reasonably incurred. We will try keep those costs to a minimum, we have the right to retain all or part of your deposit and further advance payment, if made, as a contribution. If you wish for the work to start during the cancellation period then you must request this in writing and sign the request which can be found at the end of of your contractual agreement. If we start work on the installation and you decide you wish to cancel then you may be responsible for the costs of the goods and services already supplied.

If there is a serious delay to the delivery of goods or installation for reasons that are outside of your control then you have the right to cancel the agreement at any given time and will receive a full refund within a 7 working day period. This is in line with the consumer code and the (supply of goods and services act 1982).
